Day two of the Hero Battle CUP qualifications: speed takes center stage in Milan!

The track was on fire with the Speed Slalom discipline, testing reflexes, technique, and nerves of steel.

After the intensity and excitement of the opening day, the Hero Battle Cup 2025 continued with the Speed Slalom qualifications, featuring all Junior and Senior categories, both women and men.

In the Junior Women category, Kimia Karimi Hassanabadi (Iran) dominated the heats, ahead of Italians Ilaria D’Orsi and Valentina Cacciatore.

In the Senior Women category, it was a close contest with top-level performances from Marie Lecomte (France), Adriana Nieto Merino (Spain), and Sara Pasqualini (Italy).

In the Junior Men category, 17-year-old Manuel Moretti, a member of the Italian national team from the province of Rome, topped the podium.
After a fiercely contested qualification round, Alvaro Gerboles Balmaseda and Pouya Salimian Riza secured their place in the finals, with Manuel standing out as the day’s true star.

Closing the day, the Senior Men showdown delivered an impressive technical display.
Alessandro Vignoni (Italy), Matin Najafian (Iran), and Federico Biaggio earned their place in the finals, while the day’s victory went to Alvaro Nieto Merino (Spain).
