Jump
The discipline of Jump in inline freestyle is one of the most spectacular and beloved by the audience: it consists of overcoming an obstacle placed at an increasing height, with minimal run-up, using explosive power, technique, and absolute control!
Each athlete challenges their physical limits, trying to surpass them jump after jump, in a true battle against gravity.
Simple to understand, impossible to ignore: Jump captivates everyone, from the very first spectator to the last round of applause.

Format, Execution, and Scoring:
The athlete starts from a standstill or with a short run-up and approaches the jump head-on, without any assistance from ramps. The goal? To clear the bar using only strength, technique, and precision.
How It’s Measured
The jump is measured from the take-off point to the landing point.
Each athlete has three attempts at each height. The bar is raised progressively until the final round!
A Jump is Considered Valid If:
-
The athlete clears the bar without knocking it down.
-
The landing is controlled.
-
The athlete does not fall and does not touch the ground with any part of the body.
A jump that made history!
Currently, the world title in the Jump discipline is held by the incredible Senegalese athlete Dame Fall, who reached the extraordinary height of 1.55 meters, confirming his status as world champion at the latest WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2024 in Rome.
A result that combines power, technique, and pure spectacle—a true symbol of the ongoing evolution of Inline Freestyle on the global stage.
